Job responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant to the Minister shall report to
the Minister and is responsible of: • Receive and direct visitors for the
Minister • Receive and exploit and dispatch mails, prepare and write draft
letters and other correspondences in Minister's office; • Ensure that files to
be forwarded to the Minister are ready on time; • Remind the Minister of urgent
files, meetings and important events and arrange them in a priority order in
his/her office to facilitate his/her work; • Remind the Minister of urgent

Take minutes during the meetings chaired by the Minister; • Carrying out any

Job responsibilities
The Accountant will be responsible of: 1. Update the
budgetary accounting; 2. Update banks books 3. Deduct the expenses from the
budget and file all documents related to those operations; 4. Prepare monthly
bank reconciliation, Keep the petty cash book and file all documents concerning
petty cash payments; 5. Make the monthly balance of the petty cash book; 6.
Transmit monthly bank statements to the ministry of finance with the necessary
documentations; 7. Ensure necessary declarations are done on time; 8. Carry any
other duties assigned to him/her by the Ministry authorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance with at least foundation level
one of CPA/CIA/CPFA/CPFM/ACCA (Applied Knowledge of ACCA) or Stage two of CAT/
API Certificate.
3 Years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least foundation
level one of CPA/CIA/CPFA/CPFM/ACCA (Applied Knowledge of ACCA) or Stage two of
