Job Description

Lead Generation & Conversion

 -Engage prospects generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms. 

-Generate qualify leads through needs assessment, budget evaluation, and investment profiling. 

  Market Research& Intelligence 

-Conduct market research to maintain updated knowledge of property inventory, competitor offerings, market pricing, and buyers’ trends. 

  Client Engagement& Relationship Management 

-Conduct site tours, virtual walkthroughs, and one-on-one presentations tailored to client needs. Provide professional advice on property features, pricing, payment plans.

-Handle client inquiries with confidence and product mastery, and drive sales conversions. 

Sales Progress Monitoring& Reporting

 -Regularly track sales progress and evaluate performance and prepare detailed sales reports.

 -Provide weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and insights to the Head of Sales.

  Deal Closure& Contract Management 

-Guide clients through the reservation, deposit, and sales or lease agreement process. 

-Achieve or exceed individual monthly/quarterly sales targets. 

Channel Development and Management 

-Support the marketing team in developing and maintaining diverse sales pipelines. 

Key Competencies and abilities

  • Results-Driven Salesmanship 
  • Proven ability to close high-value property deals: Apartments sales, villa sales. 
  • Excellent Presentation, Persuasion and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Confidently articulate property value and investment potential. 
  • Ability to source, identify and engage foreigners/diasporas to buy the products.
  •  Resourceful in developing new customer leads and convert prospects to done-deal customers. 
  • Proven ability to meet& exceed sales targets consistently, and team management. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Real Estate. 
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ sales experience in properties: Houses ,apartments , cars or Finance products sales. 
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French) are an advantage. 
  • Competent in MS Office, and social media networking.
