Phase 3: The Online Application Process
The application window is open from May
5th to May 13th, 2026. Follow these steps on the TMIS portal:
1. Login to TMIS
Visit the official portal at https://tmis.reb.rw/.
- Enter your registered Email or Phone Number and your Password.
- If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot
password?" link to receive a reset link via email.
2. Access the Scholarship Section
Once logged into your dashboard:
- Locate and click on the "Scholarships" icon in
the side menu.
- Click the "+ Apply" button to start a new
request.
3. Fill Out the Application Form
The system will guide you through several
fields:
- Education History: Enter the name
of the school attended, your combination, and graduation date.
- Upload Documents: Use the
"Choose File" buttons to upload the digital copies of your
certificates, transcripts, and evaluation forms prepared in Phase 2.
- Review: Ensure all information is
accurate and matches your physical documents.
4. Final Submission
After completing all sections, click the "Submit"
button to finalize your application.
Important Reminders
- Deadlines: The portal will close on
May 13th, 2026. Late applications are typically not considered.
- Verification: Successful candidates
will eventually need to submit their employment contracts from their
respective Districts to URCE.
