Important Guidelines for Parents and Students

To ensure the safety and discipline of all students, NESA has issued the following instructions:

  • Punctuality: Parents are urged to respect the schedule and send students to their departure points early.
  • School Uniform: All students must travel while wearing their full, correct school uniform.
  • Transport Fees: Parents are responsible for providing students with enough transport money to reach their schools and for their return journey at the end of the term.
  • Departure Point for Kigali: Students departing from Kigali or passing through Kigali to other provinces will board their buses at KIGALI PELE STADIUM.
  • Strict Deadline: The stadium gates will close at 3:00 PM (15h00). No student will be allowed to board or enter the departure area after this time.

Supervision

District and Sector education officials are requested to monitor the departure process to ensure students are well-supported and that schools are ready to receive them.
