DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

All teachers hired at Ecole Sainte-Anne de Kigali are expected to carry out the following duties:

Education

1.  Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the IB curriculum framework.
2. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all learners.
3. Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive and timely feedback.
4. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.
6. Collaborate with fellow teachers, heads of department, and school leadership in curriculum planning.
7. Communicate proactively and professionally with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
