Mobilisation

the country)
About the Role:
D&D Karuse Foundation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional
to lead its partnerships, innovation, and resource mobilization efforts. The
successful candidate will play a key role in building strategic relationships,
driving innovation, and securing sustainable funding to support the
Foundation’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop
and implement strategies for partnerships, innovation, and fundraising
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead
proposal development, grant writing, and donor engagement initiatives
- Identify
and drive innovative solutions to enhance organizational impact
- Represent
the Foundation in high-level meetings and forums
- Ensure
effective management of partnerships and donor reporting
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum
age: 35 years
- Proven
experience in partnerships development, fundraising, or business
development
- Strong
networking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability
to travel and work across different regions of the country
- Ability
to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High
level of integrity, professionalism, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong
leadership and teamwork skills

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content
Strategist to strengthen our online presence, tell impactful stories, and
engage our audience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop
and implement social media and content strategies aligned with the
Foundation’s mission
- Create,
curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) across
platforms
- Manage
and grow social media accounts and online communities
- Plan
and execute digital campaigns to increase visibility and engagement
