Mission/Core Purpose of the Job
The Senior Manager, Reconciliation &
Settlement, is responsible for overseeing the processes that verify and settle
financial transactions accurately. This role involves leading a team to ensure
that all records are correct, discrepancies are resolved, and settlements with
partners and vendors are completed on time. By working closely with different
departments, the Senior Manager aims to maintain strong control and improve
efficiency, ultimately ensuring the organization’s financial integrity and smooth
operations.
Key Performance Areas
• Oversee
end-to-end settlement operations across all digital and mobile money channels.

• Deep
understanding of central operations, financial controls, and liquidity
frameworks.
• Identify
and implement efficiencies, automation, and new technologies (ERP systems,
subscription management) to streamline financial operations.
• Coordinate
and implement group reporting guidelines
Experience
• A
minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling trust funds
• Ability
to balance workload, dealing with multiple priorities and ability to work
within a team in a changing environment.
Education Background
• A
bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, Business Technology, Statistics or a
related field is mandatory.
• Master’s
degree and or professional course (ACCA/CFA/CPA) is an added

The Senior Manager, Revenue Assurance, is
responsible for managing and improving the processes that protect and maximize
the organization’s revenue. This role focuses on identifying and reducing risks
related to billing and collections, ensuring that all revenue is accurately
recorded and accounted for. The Senior Manager leads a team to analyze data for
discrepancies and works with different departments to enhance efficiency.
Ultimately, the goal is to safeguard the company’s income and support its financial
growth.
Key Performance Areas
• Regularly
monitoring financial transactions and revenue streams through reconciliations
to identify anomalies, discrepancies, and potential revenue leakage.

• Lead,
mentor, and develop a high-performing Revenue Assurance team with strong
analytical and technical capabilities.
Experience
• Minimum
of 7–10 years of experience in Revenue Assurance—preferably within fintech
• Proven
experience in leading RA teams or managing large-scale RA or fraud analytics
programs.
• Strong
knowledge of digital financial services, emerging market dynamics, and complex
revenue ecosystems.
• Demonstrated
success in implementing system controls, automation, and process optimization.
Education Background
• Bachelor’s
degree in computer science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Relevant
professional certification (CRMA, CISA, ACCA, RA certification) is an added
advantage.
