Administration Manager to oversee human resources, administration, payroll,
staff development, employee relations and related institutional functions at
its headquarters in Rubengera, Karongi District.

Inkunga Finance Plc is a deposit-taking microfinance
institution licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) since 2015.
Its headquarters are located in Rubengera Sector, Kibirizi Cell, Karongi
District, and it operates across districts in Western and North-Western
Rwanda as well as Kigali. Its mission is to provide quality financial services
to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and contribute to improved
socioeconomic conditions.

About the HR & Administration Manager Role
The HR & Administration Manager will be responsible for
planning, coordinating, implementing and monitoring the institution’s human
resources, procurement and administrative functions.
The position covers staff development, recruitment, payroll,
employee relations, labour-law compliance, performance management,
administration and disciplinary processes.
Qualifications and Experience
Academic Qualifications
Applicants should have at least an A0/Bachelor’s Degree
in one of the following areas:
- Human
Resources Management
- Administrative
Management
- Business
Administration
- Business
Management
- Law
- Education
- Sociology
- Another
relevant or closely related field.
Professional Experience
Candidates should have:
Education job opportunities
- At
least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in HR
and/or administration.
- At
least 3 years of experience in a supervisory, personnel management, HR
or administrative position.
- Experience
in payroll preparation and statutory contributions is highly desirable.
- Experience
in a financial institution, microfinance institution, bank, NGO or other
regulated organization is an added advantage.
Other Requirements
The candidate should:
- Have
good knowledge of Rwandan labour legislation and employment practices.
- Understand
HR policies and procedures.
- Have
strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Demonstrate
integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
- Have
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be
able to handle employee relations and workplace conflicts professionally.
- Have
good computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office and HR/payroll
systems.
- Be
able to work independently and under pressure.
- Be
committed to Inkunga Finance’s values, objectives and mission.
Age Requirement
