district, and sector.
- Offered On & Expiration Date: Shows
the exact date and time the offer was issued, along with a strict 4-day
(96-hour) decision window.
- Employment Status: Displays your
official classification under government statute (e.g., Under Statute).
- Job Offer Status: Displays Pending
Offer until you take final action.
Step-by-Step: How to Accept or Reject
Your Offer on TMIS
- Access the TMIS Portal: Go to tmis.reb.rw and log in
using your registered user credentials.
- Navigate to "My Job Offers": Check your dashboard notifications or the recruitment tab to
review pending notifications.
- Verify Deployment Details: Review
the school allocation, sector, and district to ensure you can fulfill the
contract requirements.
- Select Your Decision:
- Click "ACCEPT": Confirms
your commitment to the placement. Further steps regarding physical
verification at the District Education Office (DEO) or school reporting

Important Notice Regarding Expiration

must act before the ExpireOn date and time displayed on your TMIS
dashboard. Once the expiration window closes, the system automatically revokes
the offer and assigns the post to the next qualified candidate on the waiting
list.

Education Officer (DEO) or REB support before the offer expires.
- Avoid Scams: Placements and
