qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of Deputy
Headteacher in Charge of Discipline. The successful candidate will support
student discipline management, counseling services, mentorship programs, and
student leadership development within a TVET institution.

Examinations

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise student discipline and conduct management.
- Develop and implement extracurricular activity plans.
- Promote student participation in sports and co-curricular
activities.
- Work closely with student councils and leadership structures.
- Provide counseling, guidance, and mentorship services.
- Manage conflicts and disciplinary cases effectively.
- Participate in school leadership and management meetings.
- Perform other duties assigned by school management.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work

- Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Psychology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies with Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Foundations of Education
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience.
