EDUCATION
AND EXPERIENCE
- He/she must have
a Bachelor degree in general medicine
- Two years of
working experience in a complex and busy hospital
- Registered with
a relevant professional body.
- Role of a
General Practitioner.
- Proficiency in
diagnostic and clinical capabilities.
- Outstanding
communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
- Capacity to
collaborate efficiently within a diverse healthcare team.
- Dedication to
delivering compassionate and patient-focused healthcare.
SKILLS
AND ABILITIES
- Strategically
minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in
Microsoft excel
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent
organizational and managerial skills.
- Strong ability
to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same
time.

- Conduct patient
consultations across a range of medical conditions.
- Carry out
physical examinations, diagnose ailments, and devise treatment
strategies.
- Recommend
medications and deliver therapies as needed.
- Offer preventive
healthcare measures, such as vaccinations and health assessments.
- Oversee chronic
conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Offer guidance
and educational support to patients regarding health Maintenance and
disease avoidance.
- Collaborate with
fellow healthcare professionals, encompassing specialists, nurses, and
community health workers, to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Maintain precise
and current medical records for all patients.
- Engage in
ongoing medical education and professional growth initiatives.
- Uphold medical
ethics and adhere to legal standards of practice.
Additionally,
the candidate should show:
- Demonstrated
commitment to pursuing a Residency Program in Anesthesia and
Critical Care through CANECSA at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda,
with a strong dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered

EDUCATION
AND EXPERIENCE
- He/she must have
a minimum diploma (A1) in Midwifery.
- He /She should
have 3 years of experience in a hospital setting
- Registration
with the relevant professional health body is an added advantage
- Registered with
the Rwandan Nurses and Midwives Council.
SKILLS
AND ABILITIES
- Up to date
knowledge of current clinical and professional processes and procedures.
- Extensive
knowledge in area of specialty
- Computer skills
include using Microsoft Word and electronic patient records.
- Experience of
analyzing detailed information Able to reassess situation and change
nursing techniques to suite emergency situations
- Ability to work
in a team
- Patience,
kindness, diplomacy and tact
- Ability to teach
and guide
- Ability to be

- Knowledge, skill
and understanding of all phases of the job and closely related matters

- Carry out
comprehensive and accurate nursing assessment.

maintain high standards of Midwifery and Neonatal Nursing care within a

accidents and complaints to the Clinical Midwife Manager of
ward/department and complete the appropriate documents relating to
these.
- To attend
unit/team perinatal meetings working as part of the multidisciplinary
team.
- To participate
in inducting and orientating new members of staff to the working
environment, working as preceptor and role model
