2. Key Directives & Logistics (Icyitonderwa)
* Destination-Based Travel: Students must travel strictly on the designated day for the district where their school is located.
* Uniform Requirement: All students are required to wear their full school uniform while traveling.
* Parental Responsibilities: Parents must send students off early in the day and ensure they are provided with adequate transport fares.
* Kigali Pick-Up Location: Students departing from or transiting through Kigali to other provinces must board buses at KIGALI PELÉ STADIUM.
* Stadium Closure Time: The Kigali Pelé Stadium departure hub closes promptly at 3:00 PM (15h00) each day.
* Official Supervision: District and Sector Education Officers are required to supervise the travel exercise and confirm school readiness.
