A four-step
guide for Headteachers — SDMS, National Examinations module
STEP 1: Log
in and set the academic year
Log into SDMS,
then in the Change User Preferences window set the Fiscal Year and the Academic
Year of the examination session you want.
STEP 2:
Open Exam Marks and choose the level
Click NAT.
EXAMS → Exam Marks, then select your examination level: Primary, Ordinary
Level, Advanced Level, Professional Education or TVET.

STEP 3:
Choose the combination
Select one
combination — results load only once both the examination and the combination
are chosen.

STEP 4:
Read the summary and download
Check the
summary (total, average, highest, lowest, pass, fail), then click Export to PDF
or Export to Excel — and repeat Steps 3 and 4 for every combination.
