Job responsibilities
Assess patients' physical condition, mobility, and
functional needs. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with
physicians and the rehabilitation team. Design, measure, fabricate, fit, and
adjust prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices. Provide gait training and educate
patients on the proper use and care of prosthetic and orthotic devices. Perform
repairs, modifications, and maintenance of assistive devices. Monitor patients'
progress and make adjustments to devices as needed. Maintain accurate patient
records, clinical documentation, and treatment reports. Work collaboratively
with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, physicians, nurses, and other
healthcare professionals. Ensure patient safety and infection prevention during
clinical and workshop procedures. Manage workshop materials, tools, and
equipment. Participate in research, quality improvement initiatives, and
continuing professional development. Supervise and mentor students, interns,
and junior staff when assigned. Promote rehabilitation services and educate
patients, families, and communities about prosthetic and orthotic care.
Qualifications
Diploma (A1) in Prostheric
3 Years of relevant experience
Advanced Diploma (A1) in Orthotics
3 Years of relevant experience
Advanced Diploma in Othopedic Technology

Job responsibilities
Assess patients' physical, cognitive, sensory, psychosocial,
and functional abilities. Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment
plans based on patient needs. Help patients regain or improve independence in
activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, feeding, and
mobility. Provide rehabilitation for patients with neurological, orthopedic,
pediatric, or other disabling conditions. Recommend and train patients in the
use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment. Educate patients, caregivers,
and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs. Monitor
patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate
patient records, assessments, treatment notes, and progress reports.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with physicians,
physiotherapists, nurses, speech therapists, psychologists, and social workers.
Ensure compliance with professional ethics, infection prevention, patient

Job responsibilities
Assess patients Assess patients' mental, physical and
psychosocial conditions. Identify mental-health needs, risk factors and changes
in patients' behaviour or condition. Monitor patients in both outpatient and
inpatient settings. Provide mental-health nursing care Develop and implement
individualized nursing-care plans. Provide care to patients with acute and
chronic mental-health disorders. Provide basic medical and nursing care
alongside specialized mental-health care. Manage and respond to psychiatric emergencies.
Medication management Administer prescribed psychotropic medication according
to professional standards and protocols. Monitor patients for therapeutic
effects, adverse effects and changes in condition. Document medication and
patient responses appropriately. Psychological and therapeutic support Conduct
therapeutic/psychotherapeutic interviews within the nurse's scope of practice.
Facilitate group therapy and therapeutic activities. Provide emotional,
psychological and psychosocial support. Promote patients' participation in
