Job responsibilities
- Maintain a proper receipt, custody and disbursement of
funds supported by appropriate vouchers; - Prepare documents for payment of
goods and services after checking the conformity and accuracy of payment
requests; - Prepare the Cash Books and General Ledger using an appropriate
accounting software to produce income and expenditure reports and other
financial reports and statements; - Prepare bank reconciliation statements at
the end of each month and timely produce accurate financial reports as per the
set deadlines; - Facilitate the internal and external audit exercises.

Job responsibilities
Receive and process complaints of victims; § Plan programs
psychosocial support before, during and after investigation and trial depending
on the emotional needs of victims; § Make
a regular assessment of medical and psychological needs of victims and
appropriate measures for this purpose ; §
Make regular assessments of risks to victims regarding their security and
propose appropriate measures ; §
Ensure that victims are not re-traumatized during the presentation of testimony
at trial; §
Provide material support to victims §
Receive and process complaints of witnesses; §
Advocate for new legislation to improve the protection of witnesses ; § Elaborate strategies of
awareness on the rights of Witnesses; §
Make a regular assessment of medical and psychological needs of witnesses and
appropriate measures for this purpose ; §
Promote the use of new information technologies to Ensure the confidentiality
and storage of information Relating to Witnesses; §
Provide material support to witnesses. §
Perform any other task as assigned by his/her supervisor.
