The Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB) has officially announced the opening of applications for teachers seeking Special Transfers and Special Permutations through the Teacher Management Information System (TMIS).

How to Apply Through TMIS
Applicants should follow these simple steps:
- Visit the TMIS website: https://tmis.reb.rw/
- Click on Support Desk.
- Enter your 16-digit National ID number, then click "Verify my account."
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered phone number.
- Click "+ New Support Request."
- Select "Transfer & Permutation" as the request category.
- Clearly describe your request and provide all the required information.
- Submit your application and wait for feedback from REB.
REB reminds all applicants to ensure that they have:
- A valid email address linked to their TMIS account.
- A registered mobile phone number capable of receiving the OTP verification code.
