NESA 2025/2026 Rwanda PLE Science and Elementary Technology Past Paper Released: Sample Questions, Topics Covered, and Exam Analysis

 


The 2025/2026 Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) Science and Elementary Technology (PSET) was successfully administered by the National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) on 9 July 2026. Thousands of Primary Six candidates across Rwanda sat for the examination, which assessed their understanding of science concepts, technology, environmental studies, ICT, and practical life skills based on the Competence-Based Curriculum (CBC).

The examination featured a variety of multiple-choice and practical knowledge questions aimed at testing learners' scientific reasoning, digital literacy, environmental awareness, and problem-solving skills.
