Marketing, Sales & Data Manager
High-Tech Brickyard Ltd, located in Ntarama Sector, Bugesera
District, is a growing manufacturer of high quality clay bricks, blocks, and
pavers for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The Company is
committed to contributing to Rwanda's sustainable construction sector by
delivering quality clay building materials designed to provide strength,
durability, and lasting value for a wide range of construction projects.
To support our continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a
qualified, competent, and results-oriented professional to join our team in the
following position:
Position: Marketing, Sales & Data Manager
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Work Location: Bugesera District, Ntarama Sector,
Kanzenze Cell, Gasagara Village
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose
The Marketing, Sales & Data Manager will drive the Company's
commercial growth by developing and implementing marketing and sales
strategies, expanding the customer base, strengthening customer relationships,
coordinating sales operations, and generating reliable business data to support
informed management decision making.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop
and implement the Company's marketing and sales strategy to achieve
revenue and market share targets.
- Conduct
market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs,
and opportunities for business growth.
- Plan
and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
to support business growth.
- Identify,
develop, and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, hardware
stores, distributors, and other prospective customers.
- Prospect
for new business opportunities and negotiate sales contracts.
- Prepare
quotations, sales proposals, and tender documents.
- Process
customer orders, issue EBM receipts and other sales documents, coordinate
product deliveries, and provide after sales support to ensure high
customer satisfaction.
- Manage
customer engagement and respond to inquiries through the Company's
website, social media platforms, and other communication channels to
support sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate
with the Operations Department to ensure product availability and timely
customer deliveries.
- Collect,
analyze, and report sales, marketing, customer, market, inventory, and
operational data, including raw materials, energy and fuel consumption,
production, and finished product inventory, to support strategic planning,
operational efficiency, and informed management decision making.
- Prepare
periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback,
and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform
any other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor's
degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
- At
least three (3) years of relevant experience in marketing and sales,
preferably in manufacturing, construction, or other related industries.
- Experience
in business development, customer relationship management, and market
expansion.
- Demonstrated
ability to analyze business data and prepare management reports.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with sales and
inventory management software is an added advantage.
- Strong
analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent
organizational and problem solving abilities.
- Ability
to work independently and achieve sales targets in a start-up environment.
- Willingness
and ability to undertake regular field visits to construction sites,
customer premises, and other business locations as required.
- Fluency
in English and Kinyarwanda; knowledge of French is an added advantage.
