Job Purpose
To administer, coordinate, review, implement and manage BPR
Bank Network Infrastructure, to ensure stable operations of the bank’s IT
infrastructure.
This includes developing, maintaining, supporting and
optimizing key functional areas particularly data center infrastructure that
enhance and optimize customer experience and deliver on business needs while
retaining secured high network availability, data transmission integrity, and
data transmission security across various technology platforms and network
services.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement,
and maintain the bank's computer network infrastructure, including
routers, switches, firewalls, ISE, Cisco Phone, load balancer and other
networking devices.
- Provide
support on projects in terms of ensuring network connectivity is set up
and the job holder will also be responsible for ensuring all required
security controls and audit remediation is done.
- Monitor
network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal
operation and minimize downtime.
- Maintains
documentation regarding network configurations, operating procedures, and
service records relating to network hardware and software
- Collaborate
with other IT teams and departments to support the implementation and
integration of new applications and technologies into the network
infrastructure.
- Implement
and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion
detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and access control systems, to
protect the bank's network from unauthorized access and potential
threats.
- Ensures
that the logical and physical network is performing as required and works
with internal and external service providers to repair and restore
service as needed.
- Maintain
network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and
standard operating procedures.
- Provide
support to head office and all BPR branches on any matters related to
network and Provision of timely and high quality and cost-effective network
infrastructure to support the bank.

Educational qualifications and work experience:
- Bachelor's
level degree in Information Technology or related field or in
Telecommunications with over 5 years progressive experience in IT
environment.
- Professional
Qualifications Certified Network Professional e.g CCNA, ITIL, Certified
Voice Professional, Certified Security Professional, Certified Network
Professional, COTIT, Checkpoint, or any other professional data center
network qualifications.
- Master’s
Degree in Science or Business Administration is an added advantage.
- 3
years of minimum experience in Networking (Routing and Switching, Network
Security, SLA Vendor Management, Project Management and customer care.
- Legal
Officer, Litigation at BPR ; (Deadline: July 20th, 2026)
Legal Officer, Litigation
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Legal Manager litigations, this position
leads to close follow up on litigation profile and dispute resolution processes
and provides legal advisory to the Retail and Branch network, Corporate and
Head Office Functions on legal issues with a view to mitigating legal risks and
prevent adverse consequences to the Bank.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing
the Litigation profile and ensuring excellent service provision for the
interests of the Bank;
- Follow
all major litigation and disputes in which the Bank is a party to ensure
the bank is adequately represented including appearing before any court or
tribunal as a witness or to watch brief as necessary;
- Create
legal awareness and provide advice on suitable action to avert and/or
minimize litigation;
- Measure
external lawyers’ performance to ensure efficiency;
- Follow
up litigation costs to be minimized including but not limited to
negotiating suitable settlements in favour of the Bank were deemed
appropriate
- Take
stock of litigation database of all cases in Court to ensure the same is
consistently up-to-date and prepare relevant weekly and monthly litigation
reports;
- Render
legal guidance to Retail branches on matters relating to bank policies,
processes, and procedures on all queries received with a view to
mitigating legal and reputational risks.
- Compile
court judgments and make their summary court Judgments for comprehension
by other stakeholders.

Job Purpose
The primary role of the Digital Channels Support Engineer is
to provide first level technical support and coordinate the banks Channels and
other emerging channels initiatives. The Engineer must demonstrate a strong
understanding of and high regard for the Digital channels’ middleware and
integrations – MobiBridge, Daraja, Interswitch, DCE, C2BB2C Engine, ATM
bridges, MQFT, Sync Apps, IB Bulk, OCP & WSO2. Mobile and other emerging
channels – as a business delivery channel for the Bank's corporate and retail
customers as well as for online merchant services. The position requires
someone with experience and expertise in middleware based financial systems
technologies as well as SMS and USSD connectivity. The person should have a
good grasp of emerging channel technologies.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide
technical support for Mobibridge, Daraja, Interswitch, DCE, C2BB2C
Engine, ATM bridges, MQFT, Sync Apps, IB Bulk, OCP & WSO2, Channel
Manager systems (herein later referred to as Digital Channels) and
implementation of related projects.
- Delivering
business solutions by ensuring that they are well tested and are rolled
out in a manner that does not adversely affect business processes.
- Work
closely with IT Security to ensure that the Digital Channels money
transfer services are well secured and in implementing SSL and other
encryption certificates for ensuring robust and secure Digital Channels
services.
- Roll
out of business solutions, ensuring that they are well tested and are
rolled out in a manner that does not adversely affect business processes,
and providing processes and training to the users.
- Recommend
and implement upgrades or changes to the Digital Channels solutions for

Job Positions of Senior Credit Analyst at BPR ; (Deadline: July

Job Purpose
The Manager – Retail Credit Monitoring is responsible for
overseeing and ensuring the effective monitoring and management of the bank’s
retail credit portfolio. This role involves tracking credit performance,
identifying potential risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate credit
losses. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance
credit risk policies and ensure compliance with the Lending Policy and BNR
guidelines.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor
and control pre-90 days Personal banking Credit Portfolio to ensure that
the Asset Quality is maintained and improved (PAR & Migration) to
within acceptable thresholds.
- Develop,
recommend, and implement strategies to ensure that the accounts under
watch category are upgraded to normal in line with BNR regulations and
Bank policy.
- Ensure
compliance with Bank’s policies, regulatory requirements and best
practice in the monitoring and control process with a view to minimizing
Credit Risk.

closely with relationship managers and credit teams to enhance loan
recovery efforts and minimize non-performing loans (NPLs).

- Process

set-up and static data management.
