Maison Saint Joseph, a company present in Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo and specializes in the sale of tomato sauce would like to recruit a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive his business growth by leading cross-functional teams, executing targeted promotional campaigns, and managing client acquisition. They bridge the gap between product positioning and revenue generation, ensuring that marketing efforts translate directly into closed sales and maximized profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy
Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and
marketing plans tailored to business objectives and target
demographics.
- Lead
Generation: Identify new market opportunities, analyze competitor
activity, and build robust customer acquisition funnels.
- Team
Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, setting measurable
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and quotas to drive high
performance.
- Budget
Management: Oversee departmental budgets, allocate resources
efficiently, and track the ROI (Return on Investment) of promotional
campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+
to 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, and
marketing, often with previous supervisory experience with a strong field
sales marketing experience
- Core
Skills: Strong business acumen, negotiation capabilities, and
excellent data analysis
- Status: must
be married and know the Swahili language
