Job Purpose:
The Graduate Technician supports laboratory operations by performing sample
preparation, assisting in routine testing, and supervising Laboratory
Assistants in daily tasks. The role is designed to build practical laboratory
skills while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to laboratory
procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sample preparation
including drying, crushing, splitting, and pulverizing.
- Support routine laboratory testing under the guidance of the
Laboratory Technician.
- Supervise and guide Laboratory Assistants in sample handling
and preparation tasks.
- Ensure proper labeling, logging, and storage of samples.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of laboratory work areas.
- Ensure Laboratory Assistants follow SOPs and safety standards.
- Assist in QAQC procedures by handling and tracking
control samples.
- Record basic laboratory data accurately and report to the
Laboratory Technician.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or irregularities
promptly.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety protocols.
- Support inventory monitoring of consumables and materials.
- Learn and apply laboratory procedures and best practices.
- Performs any other task/s required by his/her Superior or and
Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in
Laboratory Sciences, Chemistry, Geology, or related field.
- 0-1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to
apply).
- Basic understanding of laboratory processes and sample
preparation.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and take on responsibility.

Job Purpose:
The Laboratory Analyst is responsible for conducting and supervising laboratory
analyses of geological samples to ensure accurate and timely results. The role
oversees sample preparation, analytical processes, and quality control while
guiding junior laboratory staff to support mining and exploration operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and supervise laboratory analysis of geological samples
(rocks, soils, ores).
- Interpret and validate analytical results to ensure accuracy
and reliability.
- Oversee sample preparation processes including crushing,
splitting, and pulverizing.
- Ensure proper implementation of QAQC procedures and standards.
- Supervise Laboratory Technicians, Graduate Technicians, and
Laboratory Assistants in daily activities.
- Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and storage of all laboratory
samples.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and proper
functioning.
- Review and compile laboratory data and prepare reports for
geologists and management.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and
laboratory protocols.
- Train and mentor junior laboratory staff to improve performance
and skills.
- Monitor laboratory consumables and coordinate replenishment.
- Identify and implement improvements in laboratory processes and
efficiency.
- Performs any other task/s required by his/her Superior or and
Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Chemistry, Geology, Laboratory Sciences, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in laboratory analysis, preferably in
mining or mineral processing.
- Strong understanding of analytical techniques and laboratory
QAQC processes.
- Experience in supervising or coordinating laboratory teams is
an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with laboratory
information systems is an advantage.

Job Purpose: The
Junior Mine Planner supports the mine planning team by assisting in the
development of short-term production plans, data analysis, and technical
reporting. This role helps ensure efficient and safe extraction of mineral
resources while gaining practical experience in mine design and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
in line with operational targets.
- Support mine design tasks such as underground layout updates,
drilling and blasting plans, and infrastructure alignments.
- Update planning models and schedules with survey, geology, and
production data.
- Monitor plan compliance and report deviations to supervisors.
- Maintain mine planning files and databases with accurate and
up-to-date information.
- Contribute to reconciliation reporting between planned vs.
actual performance.
- Assist in preparing maps, drawings, and technical reports for
internal use and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with geologists, surveyors, and mining teams to
support smooth execution of mine plans.
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards in all
planning activities.
- Actively learn industry tools, mining software, and best
practices to grow into a fully independent mine planner.

Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering or related field.
- 0–3 years’ experience in mining operations or mine planning
- Basic knowledge of mining methods and production processes.
- Familiarity with mine planning software (Surpac, Deswik,
Netpromine) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office; good technical drawing/report
preparation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performing geological mapping, sampling, and core logging.
- Collect and record geological and geochemical data from

- Ensuring the QAQC data are collected as they should be taken
- Support exploration programs and site surveys under the
guidance of senior geologists.
