Subject: Invitation for Selected Teachers to attend training Workshop on Career Guidance and Counselling

The Rwanda TVET Board is organizing a Training of Trainers (ToT) workshops on Career Guidance and Counselling aimed at building the capacity of TVET teachers to effectively support students and graduates in their career development and transition into the workforce.

These training workshops will be conducted in two phases. Phase I is scheduled from 15th to 20th February 2026, while Phase II will take place from 22nd to 27th February 2026. Both phases will be held at ESTB Busogo TSS, Musanze District. All participants are required to arrive one day before the start of their respective training phase.

In this regard, we are pleased to request your esteemed office to release selected teachers from TVET schools located in your district to participate in these important workshops with respect to the phases they are invited to. The accommodation and mission allowances will be catered for by the Rwanda TVET Board.
