Subject: List of School Headteachers and Deputy Headteachers advised to go into retirement.
Madam/Sir Director,
Based on the Prime Minister’s Order No: 033/03 of 12/11/2024 establishing the special statute governing employees in basic education schools, specifically Article 45 regarding the general performance evaluation of Headteachers and Deputy Headteachers, and Article 46 regarding the procedures for removal from office;
Based on the results of the general performance evaluation for School Leaders, there are Headteachers and Deputy Headteachers who did not achieve the required scores to continue their duties, but who have reached the age that allows them to begin their retirement.
It is in this regard that I am sending you, in the attachment to this letter, a list showing the School Leaders eligible for retirement so that they may be facilitated in beginning that process. In the event that some indicate they are not yet ready to start retirement, they should be assigned teaching positions.
