Applications are invited to apply for Heilongjiang
University CSC Scholarship 2026 in China. All International
Students are eligible for Chinese Government Scholarships. Applicants
those who want to pursue their Masters Degree or PhD
Degree from China are encouraged to apply. Students can avail Fully
Funded Scholarships by the government to fund their studies. These
scholarships are available for academic session of 2026-2027.
All academic fields and majors are offered by Heilongjiang
University under this scholarship. It will cover all the expenses of study. The
scholarship duration is 2-3 years for Masters Degree while its 3-4 years for
doctoral degree.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants
must be non-Chinese citizens and in good health;
- Educational
background and age requirements for applicants:
- Applicants
who come to China to study for a master’s degree must
have a bachelor’s degree and be no older than 35 years old;
- Applicants
who come to China to pursue a doctoral degree must have
a master’s degree and be under 40 years old.
- Excellent
academic performance (75 points or above);
- Have
strong scientific research ability;
- Not
receiving any other scholarships;
- Applicants
must have obtained a score of 180 on the HSK Level 4 Chinese Proficiency
Test within the past two years. Applicants who have not obtained a score
of 180 on the HSK Level 5 must first take Chinese language classes for one
year and obtain a score of 180 on the HSK Level 5 before they can enter
the major. (If the applicant’s undergraduate program is taught in Chinese
and has obtained a degree certificate from a Chinese university, there is
no need to provide an HSK certificate)
