The National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) is pleased to announce the launch of CAMIS Version 2.0 (CAMIS 2.0), a revamped Comprehensive Assessment Management Information System designed to enhance user experience, simplify data entry, and streamline report card generation for schools.

To access CAMIS 2.0, School-based users (Headteachers, Directors of Studies, and Teachers) must create new user accounts using their SDMS Staff Codes. For the non-school-based staff (SEIs, DEOs, DDEs, DPOs, etc.), they will have their accounts created centrally at the national level by NESA.
To support this transition, User Guides will be available on the CAMIS website. In addition, NESA will conduct sector-level training sessions for Headteachers, Directors of Studies, and designated teacher representatives. The training schedule is attached to this letter and covers two phases: 17–21 November 2025 and 01–05 December 2025.
We kindly request your office to disseminate this information to all relevant education stakeholders in your District and to ensure that designated school-level staff are invited to attend the scheduled training sessions.
