The Korean Government KOICA Scholarship Program has opened
applications for international students willing, qualified, and interested in
pursuing a postgraduate degree in Korean universities.
Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is offering a
scholarship program for students from developing countries to undertake
full-time postgraduate study at participating Korean universities.

Scholarship 2026
To be considered for the Korea International Cooperation
Agency Scholarship, you must:
- Be a
citizen of an eligible country (see list below)
- Be
in good physical and mental health
- Be under
40 years old as of February 1, 2026
- Have proficiency
in English (as courses are taught in English)
- Be a
civil servant or professional officially recommended by their
government
- Have relevant
professional experience of at least 2 years for Master’s and 3
years for Doctorate programs
