The Rwanda Writers Federation (RWF), in partnership with the Pan-African Movement – Rwanda Chapter (PAM Rwanda), invites students in Higher Learning Institutions (HLIs) across Rwanda to participate in the 4th National Reading and Writing Books Competition for the academic year 2025–2026.
This national program nurtures talent in writing essays,
poems, and short stories while promoting a culture of reading Rwandan
literature and critical thinking.
