Job Purpose
The successful candidate will support the development and
maintenance of RwandAir’s leisure travel products by assisting with the
sourcing, contracting and management of hotels, excursions, transport
and ground services.
The position will also help ensure that leisure products are
accurately loaded, regularly updated and competitively priced across platforms
such as WB Holidays, while working closely with suppliers, internal
teams and sales staff.

Key Responsibilities
The Tour Operator / Leisure Supply Specialist will:
- Assist
in sourcing and onboarding hotels, transport providers and tour operators.
- Prepare
and update product descriptions, rates, images and cancellation policies.
- Monitor
availability and pricing competitiveness against market benchmarks and OTA
platforms.
- Support
supplier negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Work
with Digital and E-commerce teams to ensure accurate product display and
pricing.
- Coordinate
with Reservations and Customer Service to resolve booking issues.
- Maintain
product loading calendars, seasonal offers and blackout dates.
- Support
promotional campaigns and identify top-selling packages and seasonal
trends.
- Monitor
customer feedback and supplier performance.
- Track
booking trends, cancellations and conversion data.
- Support
destination readiness for new route launches.
- Provide
sales teams with updated product briefs and destination FAQs.
- Attend
supplier events and familiarization trips when required.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s
Degree in Aviation Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Business
Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 3–5
years of relevant experience in airline leisure products, tour
operations or holiday packaging.
- Experience
working with airline commercial teams such as Sales, Revenue Management,
Pricing, Distribution or Digital.
- Experience
managing hotels, DMCs, ground handlers and leisure suppliers.
- Experience
with flight-inclusive holiday packages and airline inventory.
- Experience
supporting route launches and destination supply readiness.
- Knowledge
of airline distribution systems, B2B portals, OTAs or holiday engines.
- Experience
analysing leisure demand in relation to flight schedules, load factors and
seasonal capacity.
- Understanding
of airline fare families, ancillary products and stopover offerings.
Key Skills
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- Strong
commercial and analytical skills.
- Excellent
supplier negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge
of airline capacity, load factor, yield and ancillary revenue.
- Ability
to develop packages that support new routes and off-peak flights.
- Strong
coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge
of pricing, promotional fares and net tour rates.
- Ability
to work effectively with Digital and IT teams.
- Strong
reporting and problem-solving abilities.

Job Purpose
RwandAir is inviting suitably qualified and
experienced A320 Captains and First Officers to apply for
selection and subsequent transition to the A330 operation through an
approved Cross Crew Qualification (CCQ) program.
Minimum Requirements
For A320 First Officers (Second-In-Command):
- Valid ATPL
License with A320 family type rating.
- Valid Class
1 Medical Certificate.
- Minimum ICAO
English Language Proficiency Level 4 endorsed on the license.
- Minimum 1,500
total flight hours.
- Minimum 500
hours on the A320 family.
- Preferably
operated the A320 family within the preceding 12 months.
- No
accident or incident letter/certificate.
Required Documents
Applicants should prepare:
- Current
CV showing present employer, rank, aircraft operated and availability.
- Valid
passport biodata page.
- Current
pilot license showing A320 family type rating, instrument rating,
radiotelephony authorization and ICAO English endorsement.
