Available Job Positions
Director of Studies – Gicumbi Campus
Number of Positions: 1
The Director of Studies will be responsible
for academic leadership, curriculum implementation, supervision of teaching
activities, teacher support, and ensuring high academic standards within the
school.
Nursery Teachers
Number of Positions: 3
The Nursery Teachers will support early
childhood learning by creating engaging lessons, supporting children’s
development, maintaining classroom discipline, and providing a safe learning
environment.
Education
Social Studies Teacher – Gicumbi Campus
Number of Positions: 1
The successful candidate will teach Social
Studies, prepare lessons, assess students’ performance, and contribute to
students’ academic and personal development.
French and Kinyarwanda Teacher
Number of Positions: 1
The teacher will be responsible for
delivering French and Kinyarwanda lessons, preparing teaching materials,
evaluating students, and promoting language skills development.
Mathematics Teacher – Gicumbi Campus
Number of Positions: 1
The Mathematics Teacher
will teach mathematics subjects, prepare lesson plans, conduct assessments, and
support students in improving mathematical skills.
Class Teacher – Rwamagana Campus
Number of Positions: 1
The Class Teacher will manage classroom
activities, support students’ academic progress, prepare lessons, and maintain
effective communication with parents and school management.
Physics and Mathematics Teacher – Kigali
Campus

The successful candidate will teach Physics
and Mathematics, prepare instructional materials, assess learners, and support
science education development.
Psychology Teacher – Kigali Campus
Number of Positions: 1
The Psychology Teacher will provide quality
psychology lessons, guide students, prepare learning materials, and contribute
to students’ understanding of human behavior and development.
Geography and Economics Teacher – Kigali
Campus
Number of Positions: 1
The candidate will teach Geography and
Economics, prepare lessons, evaluate students, and encourage critical thinking
and practical understanding of social and economic issues.
Administrative Assistant – Kigali
Number of Positions: 2
The Administrative Assistants will support
daily administrative operations, manage records, coordinate communication, and
provide office support services.
General Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Prepare and deliver quality lessons according to the
curriculum.
- Develop teaching materials and learning activities.
- Assess and monitor students’ academic progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement.
- Participate in school meetings and academic activities.
- Support students’ personal and professional development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess:
Education
- Relevant academic qualifications related to the applied
position.
- Teaching positions require recognized teaching qualifications.
- Minimum qualification may include A2, A1, A0, or
equivalent depending on the position.
- Previous teaching or administrative experience is an added
advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, French, and
Kinyarwanda where required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
