The Rwanda TVET Board (RTB) has officially opened the 2026 Transfer and Permutation Exercise for employees working in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions across Rwanda.
According to the public announcement issued by RTB, eligible TVET employees can submit their applications from 20 July to 27 July 2026 through the Teacher Management Information System (TMIS).
This transfer exercise aims to facilitate staff mobility within TVET institutions while ensuring compliance with the Prime Minister's Order No. 033/03 of 12 November 2024, which governs the Special Statute for employees of TVET institutions.

- Application Closes: 27 July 2026
Applicants are encouraged to submit their requests before the deadline, as late applications will not be considered.
