REB Opens TMIS Special Cases Transfer
Window
The Rwanda Basic Education Board
(REB) has announced the opening of the TMIS Special Cases
Transfer application window for teachers with exceptional
circumstances.

Teachers who were not granted a
transfer or were unable to apply during the regular transfer
period are encouraged to submit their requests through the TMIS
Special Cases portal.
Who Can Apply?
This opportunity is intended for teachers
who:
- Were not approved for a transfer during the
regular transfer exercise.
- Were unable to submit a transfer request due
to exceptional circumstances.
- Have a valid special case supported by
relevant evidence.
Important Requirement
Applicants must clearly explain their
special circumstances and upload supporting documents that
justify their request. Applications without adequate evidence may not be
considered.
