Job Description
The job holder is responsible for ensuring
the proper functioning and upkeep of the organization's facilities and
equipment. Conducting regular inspections, performing maintenance tasks,
coordinating repairs, and assisting in the implementation of preventive
maintenance programs to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Performing regular inspections and maintenance of facilities
and equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and
other building systems.
- Identifying maintenance issues and coordinating necessary
repairs with internal teams or external vendors, ensuring timely
resolution.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of preventive
maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend the
lifespan of assets.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations,
conducting safety inspections and maintaining safety records.
- Maintaining an inventory of maintenance supplies and materials,
placing orders as needed to ensure availability for repair and maintenance
tasks.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including
work orders, inspections, and repairs for reporting and compliance
purposes.
- Supporting facility improvement projects by providing
maintenance insights and assisting in the execution of renovations or
upgrades.
- Responding to maintenance emergencies promptly, troubleshooting
issues and coordinating with appropriate personnel to resolve them.
- Providing technical support and guidance to staff regarding the
proper use and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Participating in training programs to enhance skills and stay
updated on best practices in maintenance and safety protocols.
- Collaborating with other departments to understand maintenance
needs and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Preparing and submitting maintenance reports to management,
highlighting completed tasks, ongoing issues, and making recommendations
for improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering or a
related field.
- 2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management
with a focus on building systems and equipment maintenance.
- Vocational training Certificates in Electronics, electrics and
cooling systems is an added advantage

The Job holder will design and produce
high-quality visual, motion, and video content that strengthens the Bank’s
brand, enhances storytelling, and supports strategic communication objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling content for digital platforms, print
materials, campaigns, reports, and internal communications.
- Produce motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos to
support communication campaigns and policy awareness.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including
interviews, event coverage, documentaries, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with communication teams to translate complex
economic and financial concepts into clear and engaging visual stories.
- Ensure all visual and video content aligns with the Bank’s
brand guidelines and maintains consistency across platforms.
- Edit and optimize video and motion content for multiple
platforms (social media, websites, presentations, large screens).
- Support live and recorded coverage of key Bank events,

and institutional credibility. The role also ensures alignment of all
communications with the Bank’s mandate, values, and corporate identity
standards while proactively managing reputational risks.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand and reputation management
strategies aligned with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
- Safeguard the Bank’s corporate identity by ensuring consistency
in messaging, tone, and visual standards across all platforms and
materials.
- Monitor public perception of the Bank through stakeholder
feedback, and sentiment tracking, providing actionable insights and
recommendations.
- Support the development of communication campaigns that enhance
awareness and understanding of the Bank’s policies and mandate.
- Identify, assess, and manage reputational risks, including

Job Description
The Job holder will Coordinate and oversee
administrative duties of the Directorate while providing high-level support to
the Executive Director. This includes managing schedules, organizing meetings
and missions, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient day-to-day
operations of the Directorate.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar and appointments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings on behalf of the Executive
Director.
- Monitor and follow up on correspondences through the Electronic
Data Management System (EDMS).
- Draft and prepare correspondence on behalf of the Executive
Director
- Ensure compliance with the Delegation of Authority Guidelines
and the Citizen Charter.
- Ensure adherence to the Bank’s House Style Manual in all
communications.
- Maintain proper archiving and an up-to-date filing system as
custodian of documents within the Directorate.
- Coordinate both physical and virtual meetings for the Executive
Director.
- Ensure appropriate protocol is followed for internal and
external guests, in coordination with the Security and Protocol team.
- Receive and relay messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock of office supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness and order are maintained in the office and

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration or a
related field.

administrative systems.
