Who Is Eligible for a Teacher Transfer?

Before submitting a transfer request, ensure that you meet the following requirements:

• You have successfully completed your probation period.
• You have worked at your current school for at least one year.
• Your employment information in TMIS is accurate and up to date.

Step 1: Log In to TMIS

1. Open your preferred web browser.
2. Visit the TMIS portal.
3. Click the Login button.
4. Enter the phone number registered on your TMIS placement record.
5. Receive your password via SMS and log in.
6. Review your profile carefully to confirm that your position and qualifications are correctly recorded.
7. If any information is incorrect, contact your Head Teacher for assistance before proceeding.

Step 2: Submit a Transfer Request

Access the Transfer Section

• Click My Transfers.
• Select New Transfer.

• Upload a valid Residence Certificate obtained from Irembo.
