The Embassy of Ireland has officially opened applications for the Ireland Fellows Programme 2027/2028, offering fully funded Master's scholarships to eligible professionals from Rwanda and Uganda. Eligibility Requirements

- Have no previous postgraduate study experience, either in Africa or abroad.
