Job responsibilities

• Assessment & Identification for learning disabilities, social/emotional problems, and developmental disorders. • Individual & Group Interventions therapeutic interventions for students experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties. • Advise Teachers and school leadership on classroom management, curriculum differentiation, and strategies to support vulnerable students. • Staff Training & Development on trauma-informed practice, mental health, and special education strategies. • Planning & Support for Special Need Education • Liaising with teachers and parents to discuss assessments, feedback, and strategies to support students’ progress. • Provide students support and advise for career development. • Perform any other job-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with employers, industry stakeholders, and professional bodies. • Facilitate work-based learning opportunities, internships, and apprenticeships for students. • Ensure that training programs align with industry standards and requirements. • Represent the TVET institution in external meetings, events, and forums. • Act as the main point of contact between the school and external partners. • Handle agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with stakeholders. • Coordinate industry visits, career fairs, and job placement activities. • Provide feedback from industry partners to help improve curriculum and training delivery. • Monitor students’ progress in internships and other fieldwork. • Ensure the institution meets regulatory requirements related to industry collaboration. • Manage documentation and reporting for partnerships. • Perform any other job-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
