The Rwanda TVET Board (RTB) has officially released the list of candidates and their designated examination centers for the upcoming teacher recruitment exams. All applicants who applied for teaching positions are urged to check their allocation status to ensure they are prepared for the assessment.

This recruitment exercise is a vital step in strengthening the TVET sector in Rwanda by ensuring qualified educators are placed in technical and vocational schools across the country.

🚨 Important Instructions for Candidates

To ensure a smooth examination process, please keep the following in mind:

  1. Check Your Name and Trade: Verify that your name, identification, and the specific teaching trade (e.g., ICT, Plumbing, Masonry, etc.) match the center allocation.

  2. Arrive Early: It is highly recommended to arrive at your designated center at least 45 minutes before the start of the exam for verification.

  3. Required Documents: You must carry your National ID card. Candidates without valid identification may not be allowed to sit for the exam.

  4. COVID-19/Health Protocols: Please adhere to any health guidelines provided at the examination center.

As an applicant for a teaching role, you will be assessed on both pedagogical skills and your specific technical field. Ensure you have reviewed the Competence-Based Curriculum (CBC) framework and technical modules relevant to your level (A0, A1, or A2).
