RE: Invitation of Head Teachers, CPD Coordinators, and District Education Officials to participate in the training on the CPD Module in TMIS

The Ministry of Education, through Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB), developed the Teacher Management Information System (TMIS) in response to key challenges related to teacher management in the education sector, to enhance the management and monitoring of in-service teachers in pre-primary, primary, secondary, and TVET schools. As part of efforts to strengthen system functionality and ensure alignment with teacher professional development requirements, REB is planning the nationwide rollout of the CPD module in TMIS. This will be implemented through the data audit of teacher's profile and training of Head Teachers, school-based CPD Coordinators, and District Education Officials. The training is scheduled to take place in all districts from 11th to 26th May 2026.

In this regard, we kindly request your support in facilitating the participation of all concerned officials from your district in the above-mentioned training. The detailed list of participants, training centers, and specific dates for each district is attached. All costs related to this activity will be covered by REB/SPIU.
