UMWALIMU SACCO ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL BRANCHES AND MEMBERS

In order to improve operations and promote technology in the delivery and acceleration of services, especially loan services as approved by the General Assembly on March 30, 2026, the management of the UMWALIMU SACCO Cooperative informs all members and staff that starting from **May 1, 2026**, all loan applications will be processed through the established technology platform, which is the **Online Loan Application**. We therefore inform you that all loan requests should be submitted via the link: **[https://loan.umwalimusacco.rw:447/](https://loan.umwalimusacco.rw:447/)**; this will help the applicant track and be notified of the status of their request, as well as reduce the time members spent traveling to branches.

We ask you to follow this new system so that services are provided efficiently and on time.

**NB: Loans usually obtained via Telephone (Emergency and overdraft) will continue to be requested via Telephone.**
