Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior
Procurement Manager to lead and manage our procurement operations. The
ideal candidate will oversee strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract
negotiations, and ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials
and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop
and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead
sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
- Manage
supplier relationships and performance
- Ensure
timely procurement of materials and services for projects
- Monitor
market trends, pricing, and supply risks
- Optimize
procurement costs and ensure value for money
- Coordinate
with project teams to align procurement with project schedules
- Ensure
compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare
procurement reports and forecasts
Qualifications & Requirements
Business relocation services
- Bachelor’s
degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related
field
- Minimum 5
years of proven experience in procurement within the construction
industry
- Experience
working for a main contractor on construction projects
- Mandatory
experience in large-scale projects involving 10+ buildings or multi-block
developments
- Applicants
must attach references and project completion certificates for similar
projects handled
- Strong
experience in procurement for MEP, civil, and structural works
- Proven
track record in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost
optimization on complex projects
- Demonstrated
ability to manage procurement for high-volume, fast-track construction
projects
- Experience
working with international suppliers (especially Chinese logistics) is an
added advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare
cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
- Manage
project budgets and cost control processes
- Evaluate
and certify subcontractor payments and variations
- Conduct
cost analysis and value engineering
- Prepare
interim valuations and final accounts
- Monitor
project financial performance and report on cost status
- Review
and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure
compliance with contractual and commercial requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s

- Minimum
10+ years of professional experience in quantity surveying within the

experience in large-scale construction projects involving 10+ story
buildings
- Strong
experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration
- Proven
track record in managing project costs and delivering within budget
- Experience
with both civil/structural and MEP works is highly preferred
- Strong
analytical, negotiation, and financial management skills
- Proficiency
in cost management software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability
to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
