Job Purpose
To lead the commercial analytics and
business intelligence function at RwandAir, supporting data-driven
decision-making across the Commercial Department. The Commercial Business
Intelligence Manager is responsible for designing reporting frameworks, delivering
actionable insights, and enabling performance monitoring across sales, network,
pricing, distribution, loyalty, and customer experience verticals.
- Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Duties
- Serve as a strategic liaison between the Commercial and Finance
departments to ensure alignment of revenue reporting, budgeting, and
forecasting assumptions.
- Provide financial modelling support for route launch cases,
codeshare proposals, and new commercial initiatives.
- Provide the Chief Commercial Officer with analytical insights
that shape strategic direction and commercial planning.
- Develop forecasting models and scenario planning simulations in
support of pricing, network expansion, and budget setting.
- Coordinate with Sales, RM, Distribution, Loyalty, and Marketing

- Monitor competitive intelligence, benchmarking RwandAir’s
performance against industry peers across KPIs such as RASK, CASK, LF, and
revenue mix.
- Support ad hoc strategic projects such as network expansion
business cases, commercial audits, or partner evaluations.
- Operational
- Design and implement commercial performance dashboards and
automated reporting tools covering sales, load factors, revenue, agency
performance, route profitability, and channel performance.
- Support reconciliation between commercial flown revenue reports
and financial statements, working closely with Revenue Accounting.
- Collaborate with Finance on monthly variance analysis related
to commercial targets, overheads, and route contribution margins.
- Assist in validating and tracking PLB, incentive payouts, and
commission accruals from a commercial standpoint.
- Support Finance in compiling inputs for commercial elements of
management accounts, board reports, and audits.
- Ensure commercial data integrity in cost vs. revenue analysis
used for pricing, planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Manage the collection, integrity, and transformation of
commercial data from various systems including PSS, MIDT, BI tools, CRM,
and web analytics platforms.
- Drive adoption of BI tools across commercial functions; provide
training and capacity building for end users.

maintain alignment between operational, sales, and financial data sets.

- Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operational
Engineering Development

ensure future data updates are correct
- Initial update AMP Task Cards and controls in TRAX with correct

all required parts, materials and tools against each task card.

transactions updates the status

Job Purpose
The Technical Training Manager is
responsible for managing RwandAir’s technical training requirements and

and development of continuous supply of talent to support RwandAir Technical.
This role is critical in supporting staff development and compliance through
the updated training, monitoring of staff training needs and coaching.
Operating during a period of rapid growth and transformation, this role will
lead the modernization of the airline’s technical training processes, implement
best practices in training, and inculcating a culture which aligns with
organizational goals. Reporting to the Director Technical Servises, this role
plays a vital part in ensuring all staff in Technical meet the required
competences to meet the evolving needs in the avaiation workplace.
- Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operational
- Develop and drives the maintenance apprenticeship program to
ensure availability of talent to support all areas of Technical
- Develops training courses and materials with reference to
agreed standards and processes them for necessary approvals. Administers
such courses to staff

Job Purpose
The role will be responsible for all the
RwandAir Infrastructure items. This includes Network connectivity (LAN/WAN),
Servers, Storage, Telephony, Security appliances, Exchange Server
Administration, Firewalls, Datacentres HVAC Systems, Data Center power systems,
IT Support desk etc. In order to keep cost manageable, the planning and
operations function are within the same units. There would always be need of
expert advice and such advice is best done by having a standing agreement with
a suitable service provider who can provide expert guidance as well as expert
resources to assist in execution.

- Hold responsibility for the maintenance of data center power
equipment from the main switch through the rack level PDU including all
intermediate UPS’s, PDU’s, and switch gear.

Job Purpose
The role will be responsible for all the
