Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate development of the designs that includes

Sanitation senior Engineer, Sanitation Specialist in a similar
organization or busy function.

Description
The Program Manager, AI Scaling Hub will be
part of the hubs program management office will lead the coordination,
planning, and execution of all AI-driven use cases / project within the Hubs
portfolio, in close collaboration with team members. The Program Manager will
lead all external stakeholders’ management to ensure successful delivery of the
organization’s initiatives. This role ensures alignment with Rwanda’s
priorities and policies in key sectors like health, agriculture and education.
The PM will be expected to maintain strong collaboration with public
institutions, implementing partners, and regulatory bodies. The Program Manager
will oversee deployment, monitoring, and scale-up of AI solutions in key
sectors to ensure that all initiatives meet the highest standards of ethics,
safety, and sustainability. The Program manager will ensure that all assigned
hubs projects are delivered, coordinated and documented end-to- end within the
highest standards of project/program management practices.

- Lead the hubs project management responsibilities toward the

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or
master’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Industrial Engineering or
related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in
program or project management in leading digital transformation
initiatives / projects
- Technical understanding: Strong
understanding of how digital tools, including AI and data-driven
solutions, drive transformation in sectors like health, Agriculture and
Education, including predictive analytics, decision supported.
- Policy expertise: Understanding of

The Facultative Business & Claims
Manager is responsible for managing complex facultative reinsurance placements
and overseeing claims to ensure optimal recoveries. The role combines technical

Key Responsibilities
- Facultative Business Manager
This person will handle and manage large,
complex, and non-standard risks outside standard reinsurance treaties requiring
case-by case assessment and negotiation.
Risk Assessment and Structuring: Conducts in-depth analysis of unique or complex individual risks
to determine appropriate coverage and structure a tailored reinsurance program.
Market Placement and Negotiation: Prepares detailed submission packages and negotiates terms,
conditions, and pricing with various reinsurers to secure the most competitive
and comprehensive coverage for the client.
Client and Reinsurer Relationship
Management: Builds and maintain strong

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Accounts Manager
The Technical Accounts Manager will serve
as a critical link between internal teams (finance, claims, underwriting) and
external partners (clients, reinsurers, and auditors), ensuring efficient and
seamless post-placement operations, as outlined below:
Financial Processing and
Reconciliation: Manages the recording,
classifying, and processing of premiums, claims, and other financial data
related to reinsurance contracts. This includes managing premium adjustments,

Role Purpose
The Water & Sanitation SME will provide
technical and sector-specific expertise to ensure that organizational design,

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advisory input on water and sanitation utility
