MINISTERIAL INSTRUCTIONS N° 02 OF 02/12/2025 DETERMINING MISSION ALLOWANCES FOR PUBLIC SERVANTS

The Minister of Public Service and Labour;

Pursuant to the Presidential Order n° 062/01 of 19/10/2022 related to official mission, especially in its article 7 and 14;

Having reviewed the Ministerial Instructions n° 5287/08/10/MIN of 18/09/2008 determining mission fees of public servants on official mission outside the Country;

Having reviewed the Ministerial Instructions n° 01/19.23 of 03/03/2016 determining mission fees of public servants on official mission inside the Country;

Having reviewed the Ministerial instructions n° 001/17/10/TC of 04/04/2017 determining maximum allowances paid to a hotel for a Senator or a Deputy who spends the night on official mission inside the Country;

After consultations with relevant Government Institutions;

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:

Article One: Purpose of these Instructions

These Instructions determine mission allowances for public servants on official mission inside and outside the Country.

Article 2: Scope

These instructions apply to all State Organs (public institutions and specialized organs), including extra budgetary institutions and those with special statutes.
