Job Purpose
The Senior Manager Catering Services and Inflight Products
is responsible for building and executing a long‑term catering & in‑flight
services roadmap aligned to RwandAir’s brand positioning and customer
expectations; lead innovation in menu design, product selection, and service
delivery to differentiate our onboard experience. As Senior Manager Catering
and Inflight Products you will lead a dynamic portfolio spanning with clear
focus on.
This role is about designing, implementing, and continually
uplifting our catering and in‑flight service offerings—delivering quality,
innovation, and efficiency that delight customers and support our growth

- Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own
the product: Curate meal plans, beverage selections, inflight product
improvement, lounges, and onboard retail tailored to passenger
demographics—transforming service in line with market trends.
- Lead
suppliers: Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts and SLAs
with catering providers and in‑flight product suppliers; drive
performance, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety & hygiene
standards.
- Drive
operational excellence: Optimize food production, logistics, and
waste reduction in partnership with Catering; monitor budgets while
maintaining high service standards; collaborate with fleet and aircraft
teams so galley equipment and layouts enable outstanding service.

for consistent, reliable delivery.
- Raise

Job Purpose
Provide TRAX eMRO expertise to clean-up data and carry out
the setup to ensure the system becomes the backbone of all maintenance and
engineering operations. Coordinate with IT to integrate TRAX eMRO with current
financial and HR systems within the organization.
Update TRAX eMRO with current data for the fleet operated by
RwandAir and ensure correct aircraft configuration that mirrors the aircraft.
Define and ensure correct setup of the fleet aircraft maintenance programmes in
the TRAX eMRO system.
Define and develop procedures for CAMO, Part 145 and
Materials/Stores/Supply Chain to be used for day-to-day activities and develop
local staff to manage all TRAX eMRO operations in the future.
