Subject: Changing the assignment of teachers who are qualified but currently unassigned.
Madam/Sir District Mayor,
I refer to Letter N° 3067/REB/05/2025 of 23/10/2025 where we requested you to present a list of qualified teachers who are available and not yet assigned to schools due to the mismatch between the subjects they studied and the existing vacancies for subjects they could teach.
We have received the list you sent, and we thank you. We have studied the list and found teachers whose assignments can be changed so they can be placed in new positions that match the subjects they studied.
I am writing to inform you again that the qualified teachers whose assignments are being changed are on the list of teachers who can be assigned to new positions that match the subjects they studied.
Example:
Teachers of Accounting, Finances, Economics can be assigned to the position of Bursar.
Teachers of Chemistry, Biology, Physics can be assigned to the position of Science Lab Attendant.
Teachers of ICT, Computer Sciences can be assigned to the position of Computer Lab Attendant.
It is important to note that the list of teachers whose assignments have been changed and the new positions they have been assigned to will be available to you by 12/11/2025. Find these qualified and unassigned teachers, urge them to join their colleagues at the schools where their teaching problem has been solved.
