to applicants holding an offer for the Online MBA who enhance the diversity of
cultures or perspectives on the Edinburgh MBA.

Scholarship criteria
We are pleased to offer The Online MBA Diversity
Scholarships to candidates who:
- Have
sound academic and excellent work experience credentials.
- Have
the potential to contribute to and enrich all aspects of the Online MBA.
- Can
demonstrate how they have provided a supportive, inclusive environment,
and/or built a culture of belonging by actively inviting contributions and
participations of all people, for example in projects, group work, events,
and so on.
- Can
tell us how they will use the knowledge gained from the Online MBA
programme, and how this will enable them to continue to have an impact as
a leader, especially in terms of inclusivity and responsibility.
Eligibility
You can apply for the scholarship once you have received an
offer (conditional or unconditional) to join the Online MBA and have either
firmly accepted the offer or are intending to do so.
Candidates will not be eligible for this scholarship if
they:
- Are
fully sponsored by an employer.
- Are in
receipt of a full scholarship.
- Have
already accepted another scholarship from the University of Edinburgh.
- Submit
a scholarship application prior to having secured an offer for the study
programme.

Following receipt of an offer of a place on the Online MBA
programme, you can submit an application via the below webform and by the
following deadline:

Conditions
- The
scholarship will be paid directly towards your tuition fees in two equal
instalments, one in year 1 and one in year 2.
- Scholarships
have to be accepted by the deadline defined in the scholarship award
letter.
- If you
do not accept and pay the required programme deposit within the given time
frame then you will forfeit your scholarship offer as well as your
programme offer. The Business School will then re-allocate this
scholarship.
- Any
scholarship is automatically withdrawn if you decline your programme offer
or fail to meet the conditions set out in your programme offer letter.
- If you
receive a scholarship, you will be expected to participate occasionally as
an ambassador for the Business School during and after your programme.
- Only
one University of Edinburgh scholarship can be accepted.
