Successful recipients of the Hilary and Galen Weston
Foundation Scholarship 2026-27 will receive:
- Full
EU tuition fees (€16,575) for the MSc Responsible Business &
Sustainability program
- Full
student levies and charges (approx. €311)
- A
monthly stipend of €2,000 covering 11 months (Sept 2026 – July 2027)
- Two
additional scholarships of similar value are available for outstanding
non-EU candidates from emerging economies, automatically considered upon
course admission.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must
be from an underrepresented socio-economic background, such as:
- Receiving
government funding for low-income households (e.g., HEAR, SUSI, 1916
Bursary Fund)
- Being
in care or estranged from parents
- Acting
as a carer for an ill or disabled family member
- Belonging
to a minority group or coming from a deprived area
- Being
the first in the family to attend university
- Having
a disability in conjunction with socio-economic disadvantage
- Must
be either an Irish national or a resident in Ireland for three of the last
five years.
- Must
not already hold a master’s degree or higher qualification.
- Must
meet the entry requirements for the MSc Responsible Business &
Sustainability program at Trinity Business School for the academic year
2026/27.
- Applicants
must provide documentation supporting their eligibility, such as evidence
of financial aid or proof of residence.
How to Apply?
- Make
sure you have an offer for the MSc in Responsible Business &
Sustainability at Trinity Business School for the 2026-27
academic year. Only students with an offer are eligible.
- Gather
all required documents. This includes your CV, proof of eligibility (such
as residency or socio-economic background), and any other materials
requested by the scholarship guidelines.
- Record
a short video (maximum 3 minutes) answering the scholarship questions.
Speak clearly and show your passion for sustainability and responsible
business.
- Submit

that your application is complete before sending. Incomplete applications
will not be considered.
- Submit

for the selection results. Successful candidates will be notified by
Trinity Business School and must accept the scholarship offer to confirm
their award.
