Students:
Applications are invited to apply for the Erasmus
Mundus MIPDaL Scholarship 2026. All International applicants can apply
for the scholarships in Germany, France, the UK, Estonia, and Spain.
Applicants who want to pursue their master’s degree program in Intellectual
Property Law and Data Law (MIPDaL) are welcome to apply.
Six European universities offer this fully financed Erasmus
Mundus Joint Master’s degree program. Candidates from all over the world are
welcome to apply for this program, which is supported by the European Union.
Students can choose to study at two different universities in different
countries, and there is no application fee. An Erasmus Mundus MIPDaL program is
open to about 12 applicants each year. The Master of Intellectual Property Law
and Data Law, or MIPDaL for short, is an international study program that
focuses on advanced training in IP and data law.
Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters are distinguished
worldwide master’s programs established and delivered collaboratively by a
consortium of higher education institutions. Every university that is a partner
of MIPDaL upholds the highest standards of excellence. Therefore, regardless of
where you study, the full MIPDaL program is properly accredited. It is financed
by the European Union. However, the views and opinions presented are solely
those of the author or authors and may not represent the European Union or the
European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA). They cannot be
attributed to the European Union or EACEA.

Eligibility Criteria:
In order to be considered for the Erasmus Mundus MIPDaL
Scholarship 2026 (Fully Funded), students must:
- Candidates
may apply from any country.
- At the
time of enrollment, your two study countries must be different from your
home country.
- Applicants
must possess a four-year degree equivalent, such as a four-year bachelor’s
degree or a bachelor’s degree plus a first master’s.
- Conditional
Offer: If you have finished 80% of the credits and can show proof
of completion by a certain date, you might be eligible for this offer.
- English,
Spanish, or French language proficiency.
- A test
of proof of language proficiency is necessary.
