Applications are now open for the 2026
Mastercard Foundation Tanzanian EdTech Fellowship. Sahara Consult, in
partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, has launched applications for the
2026 Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship following the success of the
previous two cohorts. The program targets growth-stage, impact-driven EdTech
companies in Tanzania that are enhancing educational outcomes through
innovation. Fellows from the previous 2 cohorts benefited from tailored support
to scale their companies, boost sales and profitability, as well as access to
funding, while fostering collaborations with the Mastercard Foundation and
other ecosystem actors. The 2026 Fellowship continues this mission, empowering
Tanzanian EdTech companies to advance inclusive learning and create lasting
impact for youth, women, persons with disabilities, and underserved
communities.

Post-Acceleration Support: ongoing mentorship, visibility, and ecosystem
engagement after graduating from the program.
