Oncology Research Manager at PIH - Partners In Health

PIH Rwanda is seeking a qualified Oncology Research
Manager to support and coordinate oncology research projects based
in Burera District.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
and coordinate oncology research projects
- Develop
research protocols and data collection tools
- Supervise
research coordinators and data collectors
- Ensure
data quality, analysis, reporting, and project implementation
- Present
research findings and support scientific publications
Qualifications:
- Advanced
degree in Public Health, Nursing, Medicine, Global Health, Statistics, or
related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum
5 years of research experience
- Strong
quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Experience
with STATA, REDCap, MAXQDA, or similar software
- Strong
scientific writing and team management skills
- Fluency
in English and Kinyarwanda
