ANNOUNCEMENT ON STUDENT TRAVEL

Based on the 2025/2026 school calendar published by the Ministry of Education, the National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) informs school managers, teachers, and parents that boarding students will begin returning to school for the second term starting from 03/01/2026 until 06/01/2026. The travel schedule is organized as follows, based on the district where the school is located:

NOTE:
Students are required to respect the travel schedule as planned and must be wearing their school uniform.
Parents are requested to provide children with their travel fare.
Education officials at the district and sector levels are requested to monitor the process of returning students to school and ensure that schools are prepared to receive them.
To facilitate student travel, students departing from Kigali and those passing through Kigali to schools in other Provinces will board buses at the KIGALI PELE STADIUM (in Nyamirambo).
After 3:00 PM (15h00), the stadium will be closed. No student is allowed to arrive after that time.
